Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions form part of the Client’s reservation agreement with AWG Ambassador, LLC (“AWG Ambassador,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and apply to transportation services provided or arranged by AWG Ambassador.

By confirming a reservation, submitting payment information, electronically accepting a reservation, or using AWG Ambassador services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

AWG Ambassador reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. The terms applicable to a confirmed reservation will remain in effect unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Credit Card Required to Confirm Service

All reservations require a valid credit card submitted through AWG Ambassador’s secure payment portal or an approved corporate account.

For reservations where the cardholder is not traveling, the cardholder must provide payment details and the name of the authorized passenger at the time of booking.

By submitting payment information, the Client authorizes AWG Ambassador to charge all amounts associated with the reservation, including service time, applicable minimums, wait time, additional service, parking, tolls, fees, suggested 20% chauffeur gratuity, damages, cleaning, cancellation fees, and no-show charges.

Submission of payment information or electronic confirmation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Payment Verification & Billing

AWG Ambassador reserves the right to verify payment information prior to service. Reservations will not be dispatched until required payment has been verified.

The credit card on file is charged approximately 24 hours prior to scheduled service unless other billing arrangements have been approved by AWG Ambassador in writing.

After service concludes, final billing will reflect the completed service and any applicable additional charges or adjustments.

Reservation Accuracy

The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete reservation details, including dates, times, locations, passenger counts, luggage requirements, passenger information, and flight information when applicable.

AWG Ambassador is not responsible for delays, missed service, or additional charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or unconfirmed information provided by the Client.

Service Types & Minimums

Rates are based on the vehicle, service type, itinerary, location, venue, and event requirements confirmed at booking. Minimums vary and represent the minimum billable charge.

A service minimum is the minimum amount charged for the reservation. It does not mean the vehicle is reserved for the Client’s use for the full minimum period unless specifically booked as Wait & Return or As-Directed service.

TRANSFER: Direct transportation from the confirmed pickup location to the confirmed drop-off location. The vehicle is released after the transfer is completed. Additional stops, waiting, or continued use of the vehicle are not included. Additional stops or itinerary changes must be approved by AWG Ambassador, are subject to availability, and will result in additional charges. Chauffeurs are not authorized to approve service or pricing changes.

WAIT & RETURN: The vehicle and chauffeur remain with the Client or group for the confirmed service period and provide the scheduled return transportation.

AS-DIRECTED: The vehicle and chauffeur are reserved for the Client or group for the confirmed service period. Multiple stops and wait time are permitted within the booked time, subject to vehicle access, service area, and applicable restrictions.

Wait Time & Delays

Passengers should be ready at the confirmed pickup time.

For standard pickups, departures, and private/FBO services, billable service begins at the confirmed reservation start time. For tracked commercial airport arrivals, billable service begins when the confirmed flight is recorded as wheels down.

Early chauffeur arrival for AWG Ambassador’s operational purposes does not begin billable time.

A 15-minute grace period applies to standard pickups. The grace period does not extend the confirmed service period.

Passenger or group delays, loading delays, venue access, event traffic, road closures, security procedures, or other circumstances that extend service may result in additional charges.

Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments at the applicable rate and is subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.

Flight Information & Tracking

AWG Ambassador tracks commercial flight arrivals using the inbound flight number confirmed on the reservation.

Only the confirmed flight leg arriving at the scheduled pickup airport is tracked, and only one flight is tracked per reservation. When passengers arrive on multiple flights for the same pickup, one designated flight must be provided for tracking. Other flights, connecting flights, and earlier flight segments are not monitored.

Departure flights and private/FBO flights are not tracked and operate based on the confirmed pickup time.

The Client is responsible for providing accurate flight information and notifying AWG Ambassador directly of any flight, airline, routing, airport, or schedule changes. Changes made with an airline do not automatically update the AWG Ambassador reservation.

If a vehicle is dispatched based on incorrect, incomplete, or outdated reservation information, applicable minimum, wait time, no-show, or additional service charges will apply.

Reservation Changes & Additional Charges

Changes to the itinerary, pickup or drop-off locations, passenger count, wait time, vehicle type, additional stops, parking, tolls, venue or event fees, or service duration may result in additional charges.

All changes must be approved by AWG Ambassador and are subject to availability. Chauffeurs are not authorized to approve service or pricing changes.

Fuel surcharges are established by the Nevada Transportation Authority and are subject to change based on current fuel pricing.

Dispatch, No-Show & Early Release

Once a vehicle is dispatched, the confirmed minimum and applicable cancellation charges apply.

No-shows, onsite cancellations, refusal of service, or early release of a vehicle do not reduce the confirmed minimum or charges already incurred.

If a passenger is unable to locate the chauffeur, the Client must contact AWG Ambassador at 702.740.3434 before leaving the designated pickup location. Leaving the designated pickup location without contacting AWG Ambassador may result in a no-show charge.

Cancellation

To modify or cancel a reservation, call 702.740.3434 or email vipreservations@awgambassador.com.

Cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before pickup for most domestic reservations, 48 hours for international reservations, and 72 hours for special events.

Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to the full reservation charge.

Specialty vehicles and certain events may have additional cancellation requirements as stated on the applicable confirmation, proposal, or contract.

Program Payment

Group programs require 100% payment in advance of service. Vehicles will not be dispatched without verified payment unless otherwise approved by AWG Ambassador in writing.

Program-specific payment and cancellation terms stated in the applicable proposal, contract, or confirmation will apply.

Vehicle Substitution

Vehicle make, model, color, and configuration are subject to availability unless specifically confirmed in writing.

If a mechanical, climate-control, safety, or operational issue occurs, AWG Ambassador may provide a comparable or larger replacement vehicle.

If a suitable replacement vehicle is offered and declined, applicable minimums and charges remain in effect.

Pickup & Access

Pickup and drop-off locations are subject to venue, hotel, airport, law enforcement, security, traffic, and event restrictions.

Chauffeurs will use the closest authorized location when access to the confirmed location is restricted.

Luggage Capacity

Vehicle capacity is based on passenger count and standard luggage. Excess or oversized luggage may require additional vehicles and charges.

Child Safety Seats

Children must be properly secured in accordance with applicable Nevada law.

Child safety seats are available upon request for an additional fee or may be provided by the parent or guardian. The parent or guardian is responsible for proper selection, installation, and use.

Alcoholic Beverages & Passenger Conduct

AWG Ambassador does not sell, furnish, or supply alcoholic beverages. Clients and their guests may bring alcoholic beverages where legally permitted.

The Client assumes responsibility for the conduct of the Client and the Client’s guests and for damages or additional costs resulting from such conduct.

AWG Ambassador reserves the right to refuse or terminate service without refund when a passenger is unsafe, excessively intoxicated, abusive, destructive, threatening, engaging in illegal activity, or otherwise creates a safety risk.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold AWG Ambassador harmless from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from alcoholic beverages supplied or consumed by the Client or the Client’s guests, except to the extent caused by AWG Ambassador’s own negligence or as otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

Vehicle Wraps & Branding

Vehicle wraps, decals, or other branding must be approved by AWG Ambassador in advance. The Client is responsible for all production, installation, removal, and related costs, including vehicle downtime billed 24 hours per day while the vehicle is unavailable for service due to installation, removal, or branding-related work. The Client is also responsible for any damage resulting from the application or removal of branding. AWG Ambassador does not install wraps or decals onsite. To minimize vehicle downtime and additional costs, we recommend printing the Client’s logo on removable window signage whenever possible.

Vehicle Condition, Damage & Cleaning

Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all vehicles.

The Client assumes financial responsibility for damage or excessive cleaning caused by the Client or guests.

  • Vomiting: minimum $300 cleaning fee
  • Smoking or vaping: minimum $300 fee and immediate termination of service
  • Spills: minimum $100 cleaning fee plus applicable costs
  • Excessive cleaning: minimum $100 charge plus applicable costs
  • Vehicle damage: applicable repair or replacement costs
  • Vehicle damage: applicable repair or replacement costs

The Client authorizes AWG Ambassador to charge the payment method on file for applicable cleaning and damage fees.

Gratuity

An industry standard suggested 20% chauffeur gratuity is included unless otherwise noted on the reservation.

Additional gratuity may be added or an adjustment requested by contacting AWG Ambassador.

Lost & Found

AWG Ambassador is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles. AWG Ambassador will make reasonable efforts to locate and return recovered items.

Clients should contact AWG Ambassador at 702.740.3434 as soon as possible regarding lost items.

Liability & Delays

AWG Ambassador will make reasonable efforts to maintain the Client’s schedule but does not guarantee arrival or departure at a specific time when affected by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

AWG Ambassador is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, road closures, weather, airport delays, venue restrictions, security procedures, government or law enforcement actions, accidents, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Affiliate & Third-Party Operators

AWG Ambassador may utilize approved affiliate or third-party transportation providers when necessary due to location, availability, operational requirements, vehicle substitutions, or scheduling demands.

Affiliate operators are independently owned and operated and maintain their own licensing, permits, and insurance as required by applicable law.

Vehicle type, branding, chauffeur attire, amenities, and operating procedures may vary when affiliate providers are utilized.

An established AWG Ambassador account is required to book transportation outside of Las Vegas through our affiliate network.

AWG Ambassador maintains insurance as required by applicable law and regulatory requirements. Certificates of insurance and applicable endorsements are available upon request.

Safety

AWG Ambassador complies with applicable transportation and safety regulations. Clients and passengers agree to comply with applicable laws and reasonable safety instructions.
