Submission of payment details authorizes AWG Ambassador to confirm and activate the reservation within our system. All reservations remain subject to the applicable cancellation policies outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
For reservations where the cardholder is not traveling, the cardholder must provide payment details and the name of the authorized passenger at the time of booking. Failure to provide valid payment authorization will result in cancellation of the reservation.
By submitting payment through AWG Ambassador’s secure payment portal, the Client authorizes all charges associated with the reservation, including service time, wait time, parking, a 20% industry standard suggested driver gratuity, damages, cancellation fees, and no-show charges.
Submission of payment details or electronic confirmation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
AWG Ambassador will place a preauthorization hold on the credit card to verify available funds. AWG Ambassador reserves the right to verify payment details at any time and request additional documentation or confirmation. Reservations will not be dispatched until verification is completed to AWG Ambassador’s satisfaction. Reservations may be canceled if the preauthorization is declined or insufficient funds are available.
All services are billed to the credit card on file or an approved corporate account. Preauthorization is processed prior to service, and final charges are applied upon completion. AWG Ambassador accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
Rates include base charges, hourly minimums, airport and regulatory fees, transportation service charges, cleaning and sanitization fees, parking and tolls if applicable, and a 20% industry standard suggested driver gratuity.
Additional charges apply for extended service time, wait time, damages, cancellations, and no-shows as applicable.
Client agrees not to dispute or charge back valid charges for services rendered, cancellation fees, wait time, damages, or charges authorized under these Terms and Conditions.
Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete reservation details, including times, locations, passenger counts, luggage requirements, and passenger information. AWG Ambassador is not responsible for delays, missed service, or additional charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or unconfirmed information.
Vehicle capacity is based on passenger count and standard luggage. Excess luggage may require additional vehicles and charges.
All charters are billed at an hourly rate with a minimum, based on the requested vehicle type and service area.
All services requested outside of our local service area, including Harry Reid LAS, Las Vegas Strip, Resort Corridor, and Downtown Las Vegas, are billed at an hourly rate plus applicable minimums and mileage/km, and must be confirmed by calling 702.740.3434.
Residential A to B transfers are billed at an hourly rate, with a 1.5-hour minimum or greater depending on location. All online requests must be confirmed by calling 702.740.3434.
Point A to B transfers do not include additional stops. Extra stop charges vary based on distance, location, and wait time and must be approved by our office.
All rates are subject to additional charges as applicable, including parking, tolls, entrance fees, wait time, and extra stops. Client is responsible for all such charges.
Service extending beyond the scheduled end time will continue at the prevailing hourly rate unless otherwise terminated by AWG Ambassador.
Wait time begins after a 15-minute grace period and will be billed in 30-minute increments at the applicable rate.
Rates and minimums are subject to change and may increase during holidays, conventions, and special events.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for domestic reservations, 48 hours for international reservations, and 72 hours for special events.
Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full reservation amount, including all applicable fees and 20% industry standard suggested driver gratuity.
Specialty vehicles and special events may have different cancellation policies.
AWG Ambassador will wait up to 45 minutes from the scheduled start time. A reservation will be considered a no-show if the passenger fails to appear within this time, cannot be contacted, or declines service after the vehicle has been dispatched.
No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount, including all applicable fees and a 20% industry standard suggested driver gratuity.
AWG Ambassador shall not directly or indirectly offer or possess for sale, furnish, sell, or solicit the purchase of any alcoholic beverages. However, Client or Client’s guests may purchase alcoholic beverages and have them available within the vehicle.
Client agrees to assume all responsibility for the actions and conduct of themselves and their guests, including any damages or liability arising from such conduct, including while en route to or from a facility or event location and while at the facility or event location.
Client shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AWG Ambassador, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and members from and against all losses, damages, claims, expenses, and liabilities of any kind, including reasonable costs of defense, arising from the Client’s decision to serve alcoholic beverages.
AWG Ambassador reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for any passenger deemed unsafe, intoxicated, abusive, destructive, or threatening without refund.
Client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the vehicle by the Client or guests.
Client authorizes charges for all applicable cleaning and damage fees.
AWG Ambassador is not responsible for personal items left behind by Clients or their guests. Every effort will be made to recover and return such items.
AWG Ambassador is not liable for delays caused by Act of God, public enemy, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, force majeure, accidents, breakdowns, road conditions, storms, traffic conditions, airport delays, or other conditions beyond its control, and does not guarantee arrival or departure at a specified time. AWG Ambassador will make reasonable efforts to maintain the client’s schedule.
AWG Ambassador reserves the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater capacity in the event of mechanical issues. Vehicle make, model, color, and year are not guaranteed.
AWG Ambassador reserves the right to utilize approved affiliate or third-party transportation providers to perform services on behalf of AWG Ambassador when necessary due to availability, operational requirements, vehicle substitutions, scheduling demands, traffic conditions, or mechanical issues.
Affiliate operators are independently owned and operated and maintain their own licensing, permits, and insurance as required by applicable law.
While AWG Ambassador coordinates transportation services, affiliate providers are responsible for the operation of their vehicles and services performed on their behalf.
Vehicle type, branding, chauffeur attire, and operating procedures may vary when affiliate providers are utilized.
AWG Ambassador maintains automotive liability insurance with a minimum of $5 million in coverage. All policies are issued by companies with AM Best ratings of A- or better and provide that the insurance carrier will notify the Client in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to any material alteration or cancellation of coverage.
Certificates of insurance and additional endorsements are available upon request.
AWG Ambassador complies with all local, state, and federal safety and transportation regulations. Policies are available upon request. Clients agree to comply with all applicable laws.
Car seats and booster seats are available for a $25 fee per seat. Nevada law requires children under age 6 and 60 pounds to use an approved car seat or booster.
Installation is the responsibility of the Client. AWG Ambassador is not liable for improper installation.
Clients are responsible for securing their own parking passes. Drop-off and pickup locations are determined by the issued passes. Please follow venue instructions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or services provided by AWG Ambassador shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and resolved exclusively in Clark County, Nevada.
