CREDIT CARD AND PHOTO-ID REQUIRED AT SERVICE PICKUP
All bookings must be secured with a credit card on file.
At the time of pickup, the client must present the same credit card or debit card that was provided to AWG Ambassador at the time of reservation. In addition, the customer must provide the chauffeur with one of the following forms of photo identification:
1. Driver’s license
2. Government issued identification card, or
3. Government issued passport
If the client is present in the vehicle at the time of pickup, the chauffeur will make an imprinted copy of the reservation credit card before commencing the service. Copies of the signed credit card authorization form and photo identification must be sent via DocuSign, facsimile to or via E-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
In the event that the client will not be present at the service pickup, the customer must submit a signed credit card authorization form, and photocopy of one of the forms of photo identification listed above at the time of reservation. The customer must list the name of an authorized passenger for the service. The authorized passenger must present photo identification to the chauffeur before the service commences.
Client’s failure to comply with this paragraph will result in the termination of service. By providing a signed credit card authorization form or credit card imprint to AWG Ambassador. Client hereby agrees, allows, and permits AWG Ambassador charge Client’s credit card for the full amount of service.
By placing a reservation with AWG Ambassador, you acknowledge and expressly agree to the following policies, terms and conditions and further expressly authorize AWG Ambassador to charge your credit card in full or part amounts relating to your reservation including but not limited to charging your credit card in full for the reservation should you be considered a no-show. Service is deemed rendered, whether you enter the vehicle or not, when the cancellation period is reached.
Accounting & Billing
AWG Ambassador rides are billed to either a customer’s credit card or a corporate account. All charges are billed to your credit card or bill. For credit cards, payment is pre-authorized prior to your trip date. Full payment is taken after trip completion. AWG Ambassador accepts all other major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, & Visa). Rates include the vehicle base charge, hourly minimum, airport and regulatory fees, service transportation charge (STC), COVID-19 fee, parking, tolls, and any other applicable fees. As a convenience to our clients, a recommended 20% gratuity is added to your charges. Please let us know if you prefer to pay gratuity in a different manner.
Hourly Minimums, Extra Stops, and Out-of-Town Rides
All charters are billed at an hourly rate and a minimum, depending on your requested vehicle type and service area.
All services requested outside of our Local Service area which includes; McCarran LAS, Las Vegas Strip, Resort Corridor, and DTLV will be based at an hourly rate, plus minimum, plus mileage/km and must be confirmed by calling us direct at 702.740.3434.
Residential A to B transfers are based at an hourly rate and a 1.5 hour or more minimum will apply to all bookings. All online requests must be confirmed by calling our office at 702-740-3434.
Point A to B transfers are without any additional stops. Extra stop charges will vary on distance, location, and a wait time, and must be approved by our office.
Client is responsible for any fees related to parking, tolls, entrance fees, etc.
Prices are subject to change and may be higher during holidays, and special events.
Alcoholic Beverage Service
AWG Ambassador shall not directly or indirectly, offer or possess for sale, furnish, sell, or solicit the purchase of any alcoholic beverages. However, Client or Client’s guest may purchase alcoholic beverages on their own and have that beverage available to their guests in our vehicles. Client agrees to assume all responsibilities for the actions and conduct of itself and of its guests including any damages or liability which may arise as a consequence of such actions and conduct, including while en route to or from a facility or event location and while at the facility or event location.
Client shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AWG Ambassador, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and members from and against all losses, damages, claims, expenses, and liabilities of any kind, including reasonable costs of defense thereof, caused by or arising from the Clients decision to serve their guests alcoholic beverages on a vehicle.
AWG Ambassador maintains automotive liability insurance with a minimum of $5 million liability coverage.
All insurance policies shall be issued by companies with AM Best ratings of A- or better and shall expressly provide that the insurance company or companies shall notify Client in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to any alteration or cancellation of coverage.

AWG Ambassador will not be held responsible for personal items left behind by Client’s, its employees, members, or guests. AWG Ambassador will make every effort to recover such items and return them to the Client.
AWG Ambassador will not be liable for delays caused by an act of GOD, public enemy, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, force majeure, accidents, breakdowns, bad conditions of the road, storms, and other conditions beyond its control; and does not guarantee to arrive or depart from any point at a specified time. AWG Ambassador will endeavor to maintain the schedule submitted by the client. If any act of GOD, public enemy, authority of law, quarantine, perils of navigation, riots, strikes, the hazards or dangers incident to the state of war, accidents breakdowns, bad conditions of the road, storms, and other conditions beyond its control make it, in the opinion of AWG Ambassador, inadvisable to operate its equipment either from the point of origin or any point en route, the carrier will not be held for damages for any reason whatsoever.
The performance of all services by AWG Ambassador as required herein shall be subject to “force majeure,” which term shall include all actions and events beyond the reasonable control of AWG Ambassador.
Vehicle make, model, color, and year are not guaranteed.
AWG Ambassador reserves the right to replace vehicles, in case of mechanical problems, with vehicles of the same capacity or greater.
AWG Ambassador currently complies with and will continue to comply with all local, state, and federal traffic, safety, and other laws. Policies and procedures concerning safety issues are maintained and shall be available to Client for inspection upon reasonable notice. Client, also, agrees to comply with all such codes.
Child Restraint Seats
Car seats and booster seats available for a $25 fee per seat. Nevada law states that children under age 6 and 60-pounds ride in a federally approved car seat or booster seat that is appropriate for the child’s age and weight. The car seat or booster must be properly installed by the Client. AWG Ambassador will not install and is not liable for malfunctioning car seats.
Damage and Cleaning Fees
Client assumes full financial responsibility for any interior/exterior damage caused to the vehicle or property caused by the client or his/her guests whether by accident, neglect, or intent.
Vomiting in the vehicle will incur a minimum charge of $300 cleaning and sanitizing fees.
Smoking and vaping of any type will incur a minimum of $300 cleaning fee and immediate termination of ride.
Any liquid or alcoholic beverage spilled inside the carpeting, will incur a minimum of $100 cleaning charge added to your bill.
If the vehicle requires additional cleaning above normal after the service is completed, a minimum of $100 cleaning charge will be added to your bill.
If the vehicle requires repair from passengers, including, but not limited to accidents, neglect, or intent to interior, exterior, windows, leather, etc., AWG AMBASSADOR, at its discretion, will charge the client for expected repair fees.
Client assumes full responsibility for any cleaning and authorizes credit card charges to be made to cover these costs.
To change or cancel a reservation, please call 702.740.3434. Cancellations must be received at least 24-hours in advance of the reservation pick-up time for most US and Canadian locations and up to 48-hours in advance for international reservations. A charge will apply for a late cancellation. Charges may be higher than quoted if contracted time is exceeded. Limousines, sprinters, buses, and other specialty vehicles may have varying cancellation policies. All Special events have unique cancellation policies, so please clarify with your reservation agent the specific cancellation policy for your event.
Any complete program cancellation within three days of the start of the program will result in a penalty equal to 50% of the deposit.
Any complete program cancellation within twenty-four hours of the start of the program will result in a penalty equal to 100% of the deposit.
Individual cancellations, not to exceed 50% of the originally booked hours of service will be accepted up to twenty-four hours prior to the service with no penalty.
