The Great Las Vegas Taco Festival is a celebration of Dia de Los Muertos or The Day of The Dead, which falls on 2nd November. The festival has been a big success for the past three years and draws large crowds. The festival is held from the 1st through 3rd November.

You can spend the weekend exploring everything the festival has to offer, and it is a lot. You can sample some fantastic tacos, enjoy live Mariachi performances, Selena Musical tribute, Folkloric Dancers, and even a Dia de Los Muertos costume competition. The festival offers great food, excellent music, and a wide variety of drinks. Events like face painting, Dance 4A Cause, and games make this an ideal festival for people of all ages.

Guests can participate in it by designing their lantern and launching it. The hands-on nature of the event makes it an excellent choice for children and young families. The lantern launch takes place between 8.30 to 9.30 PM, which ensures they stand out against the night sky.

The peaceful and memorable experience can mean different things for different people. You can light a lantern and hope for success in the future, or even honor the memory of a loved one.  All the lanterns are later cleaned up, making it an eco-friendly event.
